For the world's largest mega yachts, for temperatures from -200°C to +1,100°C. We build ultra-light, high-strength or simply unique.

Our credo "rethink everything" - rethink existing solutions, think ahead, find new solutions - is also lived and practised by our employees. This makes us an unbeatably good, motivated and open-minded team.

If you want to be part of it, apply now! We offer above-average pay, many benefits, flat hierarchies in small teams, interesting and unique projects, rental clothing and a secure, permanent position.

We are looking for

Automotive painter (m/f/d)

Our customers recognise our quality standards by one thing in particular - the surface finish. Despite digital production processes with computers and CNC milling, it is still the manual work that counts. Your job is to sand and paint large surfaces, edges and radii. Working in small, specialised teams, you will work with a wide range of components and materials.

Boat builder/plastic processor (m/f/d)

Our fibre composites are primarily processed using the vacuum infusion process. The moulds are produced using our large CNC milling machines. Typically, we manufacture only one piece of a product, and for some customers, we deliver in very small batches. Your tasks will involve:

  • preparing and taking over the moulds
  • laminating, demoulding, and trimming components.

Expect unique projects and tasks in contemporary production facilities.
