We develop and produce boatbuilding models for small, exclusive, large and renowned boatbuilders throughout Europe. Starting with smaller models for rudders, keels, keel bulbs and foundry models for lead and steel keels up to complete models with hull, deck, sky, wet cells, fittings, hatches, covers, etc., we build the right model for everyone.

We produce large scale foundry models for wind turbines as well as master models for rotor blades and blade components. Our models feature stable substructures, high vacuum tightness and non-porous surfaces. We ensure dimensional accuracy using templates or 3D measurement. Design and trade fair construction

Real, illustrative models are a useful complement to visualizations. The effect of a newly designed luminaire can be better evaluated before costly production begins. Changes can be made to the manufactured models at any time. 3D scanning and reverse engineering are used to incorporate these changes into the design.

At trade fairs, the presentation of illustrative models, prototypes and products is further supported by an engaging booth design. The booth concept supports the exhibitor's brand image.

We produce accurate 1:1 scale models of vehicle parts, complete vehicles and bodies. These models can be used as mock-ups, presentation models, trade show models or for mold making.

Railway vehicles

Surface quality, dimensional accuracy and mold parting are particularly important in the production of rail vehicle models. Based on the part designs, we perform model and tooling design. We take into account mold edges, subsequent parting planes and shrinkage allowances for mold design.

Art

Art is the result of a creative process that stems from the individual artist and their craftsmanship. Here, our technical materials and processing methods offer opportunities to explore new avenues of creativity.

Based on miniatures developed by the artist, we use 3D scanning and CNC technology to create hard foam models several meters in size for bronze casting. In addition, our materials allow for new forms of design that would not be possible with conventional materials.

Foundry

Based on your final part design, we work closely with you to realize the model design. We configure the shrinkage allowance, sprue system, filter and base plate to your requirements. We produce unique models, wooden models for direct sand mold construction and molds for your modeling equipment. We use special model paints for surface finishing, which are characterized by acid resistance and abrasion resistance. The types of wood used are matched to the moisture load.

Research

In research, models are used to verify simulation results and impact theories. Typical examples are airflow tests in wind and drag tunnels. However, our models are also used to research low and high temperature applications, strength of materials, and medical devices.
